Automatic Baler

The automatic baler machine is equipped with a PLC intelligent control system and a touch screen for simplified operation; it supports pre-setting of bale length parameters. When the materials are compressed to the set specifications, the baler will automatically complete the strapping process without manual intervention. It significantly improves the operational efficiency and standardization level of waste disposal, and helps enterprises realize the standardized and efficient treatment of recyclable materials.

This series includes many models: MA40, MA60, MA80, MA100, MA120, MA160, MA200. Customers can choose freely based on materials and bale weight. The MA120 is a popular model. With 120 tons of pressure, it can compress waste paper into bales of about 1200 kg. For plastic bottles, we also provide a special bottle perforator to work with our full-automatic baler and improve compression results.
