Heavy Duty Bagging Machine

This heavy-duty bagging machine is mainly used to compress and pack sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, peanut shells, rice husks, chopped straw, cotton seed etc. This baler uses PLC control and integrated push-button operation. It is simple and easy to use.

The series baler can automatically feed, bale compact, and bag. Through machine compression and packing, it turns loose and hard-to-store materials into uniform bags that are easy to stack, transport and reuse.

HB90 is a popular model in this series. It can compress wood shavings into bales of 430×310×600mm. Each bale weighs about 25 kg. It can produce 40–45 bales per hour, with stable and efficient operation.
