Hydraulic Cocopeat Briquetting Machine HC-YK250
The cocopeat briquetting making machine is a special hydraulic forming machine. It presses loose cocopeat and coconut powder from coconut processing under high pressure, and turns light raw materials into neat, high-density coir blocks. It is key equipment for coir factories and gardening substrate plants.
This machine uses an electric motor to run a hydraulic pump and create strong pressure. Its hydraulic cylinder pushes the coir inside the mold with 50 to 160 tons of force to make blocks. The raw materials can lose about 70 percent of their volume after pressing.

Product Description
The finished blocks keep firm shapes after coming out. They will not expand, change shape or break apart. This makes moving them much easier and saves the work of separate bag packing.
The full-automatic model has a conveyor belt to feed materials automatically. Only one worker is needed to watch the whole machine. With its continuous output design, this machine can make up to 200 blocks every hour.
